- Can I add features to the silver package?
Yes, we can always customize a package for your needs.
- How long will my website stay up?
From time of hire until 1 month after wedding date.
- Can I have my own domain name?
If you would like to purchase a separate domain name (such as
www.kellyandjeremy.com), Cyberlucky can assist in setting this up for you. It is not a service in-house
currently offer but we can go through an outside vendor.
- Can I have my website on CD before it is removed?
Yes! We can make a CD for you for $20.00.
- How do I send images to you for the website?
The preferred way is through email in either a .jpg or .tif format. The larger the better so that we can crop and adjust as needed. However if you do not have your photos in digital format, you can mail them to us for us to scan for a small fee. Please note: We are not responsible for any images that have been damaged through the US Mail. Please think of alternative ways to send images if these are irreplaceable.
- Can I request more pictures?
Absolutely. There will be a small fee for each additional pciture posted.
- I need a custom page built, is this possible?
Yes. If you need something unique on your site, we would love to discuss it with you.
- What is your privacy policy?
Cyberlucky will never share your information with any third party.
- Can I have different colors on my site than what is in the template?
Yes! There is no charge for color and flower theme change!
